MMT Extranet in Short
The GoMMT extranet (the partner dashboard where you manage your hotel listing) is the shared portal for both MakeMyTrip and Goibibo. You log in at in.goibibo.com/accounts/login/?next=/extranet/. From there you control your rates, room availability, bookings, property content, promotions and payouts for both platforms at once.
What the MMT Extranet (GoMMT) Is
Your hotel in Jaipur just went live on MakeMyTrip. A booking comes in. You need to close out dates for a wedding group, change your weekend rate and reply to a guest review. All of that happens in one place: the GoMMT extranet.
An extranet is simply the OTA's partner dashboard. It is the back-end where hotel owners manage their listing, as opposed to the guest-facing website that travellers use to search and book. Every major OTA has one.
MakeMyTrip and Goibibo merged their back-end systems after their parent companies combined in 2017. Since then, both OTAs share a single extranet. When you see the name GoMMT extranet, that refers to this shared portal. Older guides and support articles sometimes call it the InGo-MMT extranet, IngoMMT or Partner Central. These are all names the same system has carried at different times.
The practical effect: one registration, one login, one dashboard. Rates you set apply to both MakeMyTrip and Goibibo together. Bookings from both platforms land in the same reservations view. Payouts are settled under one contract.
How to Log In to the MMT Extranet
There are two login paths, depending on what you need.
Returning partners: web login
Go to in.goibibo.com/accounts/login/?next=/extranet/ in your browser. Enter your registered mobile number. You will get an OTP (one-time password) on that number. Enter the OTP to access the dashboard. If you set a password earlier, you can use that instead of OTP.
Forgot your password?
On the login page, choose the "Forgot Password" option. Enter your registered mobile number or email address. You will receive a reset link or OTP. Set a new password and log in. If you no longer have access to the registered mobile number, contact GoMMT partner support directly through the help centre at ingommt.goibibo.com to verify your identity and update your contact details.
New property registration
If you are registering a new hotel for the first time, use in.goibibo.com/newextranet/login. This path takes you to the onboarding flow where you enter your property details, upload KYC documents (GSTIN, PAN, cancelled cheque, trade licence) and start the approval process. You register once and go live on both MakeMyTrip and Goibibo.
Connect by MakeMyTrip: the mobile app
The Connect by MakeMyTrip app (formerly called InGo-MMT) is the mobile version of the GoMMT extranet. It is available on the App Store and Google Play. Search for "Connect by MakeMyTrip" to find it. The app covers the same core functions as the web portal: rates, inventory, bookings and reviews. It is useful for quick daily checks when you are away from a desk. For bulk rate updates or detailed finance views, the web version is easier to use.
Dashboard Tour: What You Manage Where
After logging in, the GoMMT extranet organises your tools into several sections. Exact menu names can change as the platform updates, so the descriptions below refer to function rather than a specific button label.
| Section | What it does | Go deeper |
|---|---|---|
| Inventory / Rates | Open or close dates; set room rates per room type; manage MLOS (minimum length of stay) restrictions | Section below |
| Bookings / Reservations | See all current and upcoming bookings from both MakeMyTrip and Goibibo; confirm or cancel; mark no-shows | Section below |
| Property Content | Update photos, amenities, room descriptions and policies; affects your content score and search ranking | - |
| Finance / Payouts | View settlement history, upcoming payouts and transaction-level details | MMT commission and payout guide |
| Promotions | Join MMT deals and visibility programmes without touching your base rate | How to rank higher on MMT |
| Reviews | Read and respond to guest reviews; review score feeds directly into your ranking | How to rank higher on MMT |
Everyday Tasks: Rates, Bookings and No-Shows
These are the tasks most hotel owners do every day or every week from the extranet.
Close out a date
Use this when you are fully booked, hosting a private event or need to block rooms for maintenance.
- Log in to the extranet and go to the inventory or rates section.
- Select the room type you want to close.
- Find the date or date range on the calendar view.
- Set availability to zero or use the "close" option for that date.
- Save. The date will show as unavailable on both MakeMyTrip and Goibibo immediately.
Change a weekend rate
Say your standard Deluxe room runs at ₹3,200 on weekdays. You want to raise it to ₹4,500 for the upcoming Diwali weekend.
- Go to the inventory or rates section.
- Select the Deluxe room type.
- Navigate to the target dates on the calendar.
- Change the rate from ₹3,200 to ₹4,500 for those specific dates.
- Save. The new rate goes live on both platforms at once.
Find and confirm a booking
- Go to the bookings or reservations section.
- Search by booking ID, guest name or check-in date.
- Open the booking to see room type, rate, guest details and special requests.
- If the booking requires manual confirmation, use the confirm button on that booking record.
Handle a no-show
When a guest does not arrive and has not cancelled, mark the booking as a no-show in the extranet. Do this promptly so the room is not held off inventory longer than needed.
- Find the booking in the reservations section.
- Open the booking and select the no-show or cancellation option.
- Follow the prompts to confirm. The room will return to available inventory.
- Payout eligibility depends on the cancellation policy attached to the booking. Check the booking terms before marking.
Multi-Property Accounts and Staff Sub-Logins
If you own more than one property, you do not need a separate login for each. The GoMMT extranet supports multi-property accounts. After logging in, you can switch between your properties from the account or property selector in the dashboard.
For staff access, the extranet offers sub-login options. This lets your front desk manager or revenue manager log in with their own credentials, without sharing your primary account password. What each sub-user can see or change depends on the permissions you assign.
Common Login and Access Problems
These are the issues hotel owners run into most often, and how to fix them.
| Problem | What to try |
|---|---|
| OTP not arriving | Check that your mobile number is set to receive SMS from Indian short codes. Network congestion can delay OTPs by a few minutes. If it does not arrive after 5 minutes, use the "Resend OTP" option. If the number has changed, contact GoMMT partner support to update it before you can log in. |
| Forgot password | Use "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your registered mobile or email. You will receive a reset link or OTP. Set a new password and log in again. |
| Account locked | Too many failed login attempts can lock an account temporarily. Wait 15 to 30 minutes and try again. If still locked, contact GoMMT partner support at ingommt.goibibo.com. |
| Property not showing after login | Your property may still be in KYC review or pending approval. Check the registration status from the extranet home. If the property was live and has disappeared, it may have been temporarily delisted for a policy or content issue. Contact support with your property ID. |
| Wrong user trying to log in | The extranet account is tied to the mobile number used during registration. If a staff member or previous manager registered the account, the login OTP goes to their number. You will need to contact GoMMT partner support to transfer ownership to your number. |
Where to get help: The official GoMMT partner support centre is at ingommt.goibibo.com. It has a searchable knowledge base and a contact form for raising issues with your account. Do not rely on third-party numbers or WhatsApp groups claiming to be MMT support.
Extranet Alone vs a Channel Manager: Which Do You Need?
The GoMMT extranet is enough if MakeMyTrip and Goibibo are your only OTA channels. You log in, update rates, check bookings and you are done.
Once you add a second OTA, the case for a channel manager (software that syncs your availability and rates across all OTAs at once from one place) gets stronger. Without one, you need to log in to each OTA separately to update rates. Miss one, and you have a rate parity problem. Book a room on one OTA but forget to close it on another, and you have a double booking.
| Extranet alone | With a channel manager | |
|---|---|---|
| OTAs covered | MakeMyTrip + Goibibo only | MMT, Goibibo, Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, and more |
| Rate updates | Manual, one platform at a time | One update pushes to all connected OTAs |
| Double booking risk | Low if only on GoMMT | Near zero with two-way sync |
| Direct booking channel | Not included | Connects to your website booking engine |
| Cost | Free (no extranet charge) | Monthly fee, varies by provider |
