The form does not ask for your name or number. When you message us, WhatsApp shares your mobile number and profile name with us, along with anything you tell us in the chat.
WhatsApp chats reach us through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. An AI assistant (Claude, made by Anthropic) may read your messages and reply first, and our team steps in when needed. Meta and Anthropic process these messages so that we can respond to you.
If we then talk, we may add your hotel details and notes from our conversation to the same record. These records are stored securely with our database provider, Supabase, in India (Mumbai), are seen only by our team, are used only to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, and are not shared with third parties. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
